This could be described as one of the hardest thing that I have to do. I guess the question popping out of your head will be WHAT IS THE THIS? Or WHAT IS THAT THING? Life presents to us the deepest things ever and we are left with the decisions to choose which ones will make us or break us. We all go through tough hard situations and it makes we wonder, probably you do not, but it does make me wonder, we go through a situation we formally think is bigger than us and then again we scale through just fine of course after several trials, push ups and downs, and much to learn. Then life presents another one to us then we begin to wonder how we are going to go through this successfully without been beaten down or taken out by the situation. Mostly we forget that the things that wouldn’t break us will only make us stronger. So the hardest thing I have to do is to tell you my reader that you have to go through tough situations day in day out or maybe months in months out, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Okay I have let the cat out of the bag, and then I guess the next thing to do is to bear the consequence that is helping you, my readers to get through the ordeal of having to go life’s daily situations. I wish deep down that there was some pills that I could recommend to you that will make you not scale through now or will make you not go through hard situations, but gladly or sorrowfully no such prescription exists anywhere in the world. There are some healthy tips I came up with in order to help, I hope it works out seriously hope it works. Here they are
v As we know, it’s no longer news that this life brings or presents to us situations we are likely not to like and we can do little or nothing about it, so since that’s not news; the first tip is that you stay prepared all the time to face whatever is presenting. Prior preparation prevents poor performance (5ps). This applies to every strata of life in business, education, finance planning, amongst others… so I know it going to work for this stratum of life to. Shielding yourself and preparing ahead even before you are been faced with the so called situation, you think is bigger than you are. Ask me how can I shield myself, anyways you should be able to figure that out yourself but because I brought up the matter, by writing this piece I will give out some bonuses in form of giving some things that could or would help in whatever cases to shield ourselves
ü Accept you are going to face tough situations
ü Be positive about life in general
ü Do not accept defeat
ü Peradventure you fail, know that you will have to rise again
ü Do not expect changes, be the change around
ü Get training in as much as you know which areas to expect the tough heads
ü Believe in one thing, either in God or in yourself or both
Now that you have gotten the tips to shield yourself with, can we please continue with the main matter or issue on ground
v Be on the lookout, the situations most people tag to be tough or their trialing times happens be the normal issues they have to go through. For instance not getting an edge over your work after six days of resuming in that new workplace might just be the normal change you will have to deal with, am not talking about those situations, am talking about situations where your family member desserts you, or where your loved ones literally breaks your heart, or a situation where you can’t really figure out how to get a link over your financial status and many more. These are things we need to watch out for, oh yes trying to stop an unhealthy habit that could be breath taking and killing at the same time, when you are faced with the habit dilemma
For instance you need to seriously understand that trying to get rid of am habit is twice as difficult as trying to get one. Researchers have it that whatever you do consecutively for two weeks max becomes a habit. Am saying if you eat every morning 9am to be precise, for two weeks, it becomes a habit. It’s that easy to form a habit, but when you want to stop a habit we want it to go away the very instance we realize we don’t like or want it anymore. Been on a look out means the ability to depict the so called almighty tough life situations and daily life strokes. I.e. knowing the difference between tough situations and normal daily life strokes.
v Map out your plans: in deciding how to live your life to the fullest having at the back of your mind that life isn’t fair, please map out your life. Write out your mission statement and set both long and short term goals for yourself, your life, family and the people around you. Think it to be it, researches have it that what you think about for a long time comes up to be real. In the corner of your heart keep your dreams (feasible of course) running and burning. That’s why you need to set goals that are real, achievable, and solid. Your dreams should be one that you will be able to share up in minimum of three lines and maximum of five lines. Or better if you are woken up from your sleep, you would be able to share.
v DETERMINATION: having mapped it out, you need to reach a conclusion in your heart that you will do whatever it takes to at your best and also make up your mind to meet up with life’s tough situations. Determination is one of the essential ingredients in success, alongside faith and hopes, determining to be the best come up next. You could prepare and look out for tough situations, also get your life mapped out, but you will need to be determined in your heart that you will shake up whatever life presents to you. Get determined and aspired in the spirit, talk to your soul or self about you been the best at everything and
v BELIEVE: impossible is nothing, if you believe. You might not know how to get the hang out of it, but just believe. As simple and easy as it sounds, it is difficult to do, or difficult to possess this quality, when you can seem to figure it out or you have done you can, just believe and stand. Guess it is that simple then, yes it could be when you do the right things at the right time, for instance you have applied all the tips given or presented to you in this article, then you need to believe and stand. This stage is meant for those who have done the necessary things, if you haven’t, guess someone is asking, what are the necessary things, then you need to read this piece all over again or read it if you haven’t.
In conclusion, it is important to note that these stages are subjected to personal applications for them to work. This therapy might take weeks, months, and years depending on the application by individuals, so depending on how fast you want it to work for you. SELAH. Please note that these stages can’t be used as a substitute for medical therapies on stopping unhealthy habits.
